I am so grateful to all those who created this app. It has really improved my motivation. Thank You!
This app has been the only guided meditation that worked fully for me. Ive always been horrible at relaxing and meditating, but it works, and leaves me much more energized to face the day. The background sounds are soft and relaxing, and the upgrade to the full version is worth it. I also downloaded their anxiety one, and the one to sleep well, and theyre equally great!
Listen to it twice fully and a few partially. I really like how these sessions make you feel and with some results too. I changed my perspective so I wasnt as hard on myself, but also more self aware when I would be peocrastinating and shouldnt be so I would be on a time defacit with my school load.
Its really cool app, as all of them are, but i always fall asleep as i listen to them. I mean, it is not bad, cause i always wake up refreshed, but i am not sure if they work properly then. Anyway, i really recomend. Helps me relax myself, i listen to it everyday and really love it.
